Hot Laps

Following a 14 week period of training, I began designing a way to present the small amount of running data I had amassed. Like many runners, I keep a daily log and write down every run's distance as well as intervals, tempos, drills, and weights. The data from this notebook was used to create a fully responsive web page that presents information in an easy to read fashion. Click here to go to Hot Laps.
